Welcome to The Arts Studio Center (“TASC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, booking a class, or participating in any workshop (online or in person), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
The Arts Studio Center offers:
• Online creative workshops and classes
• Membership programs and day passes
• Occasional in-person workshops held at partner locations such as libraries, restaurants, and community centers
• Digital content, resources, and creative experiences
We are currently operating without a permanent physical studio.
All memberships, class bookings, and passes must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Memberships renew according to the plan selected (monthly or otherwise) and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused benefits unless a class is canceled by TASC.
• Spots in workshops may be limited
• Registration is required to attend
• Access links for online classes will be sent after payment
If you miss a class, replays may be offered when available but are not guaranteed.
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Refunds or credits are available up to 48 hours before the event unless otherwise stated.
No-shows are not refundable.
If TASC cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit.
All class materials, videos, worksheets, designs, and content provided by The Arts Studio Center are for personal use only.
You may not:
• Resell content
• Reproduce for commercial purposes
• Share paid content publicly
unless written permission is granted by TASC.
We are an inclusive, respectful creative space.
By participating, you agree to:
• Treat others with kindness and respect
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
TASC reserves the right to remove participants without refund if community guidelines are violated.
Participation in art activities involves the use of materials such as paint, tools, and craft supplies.
By joining classes or workshops, you acknowledge:
• You participate at your own risk
• TASC is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages
Parents/guardians are responsible for minors attending activities.
Some workshops are held at partner venues.
TASC is not responsible for the policies, safety procedures, or conditions of third-party locations.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.
We may update or remove content at any time.
The Arts Studio Center may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
